A home check means that someone will literally come and check your home, where the future dog will stay. This is only made by an authorized person or a known rescuer so no worries there. If a dog is too small or doesn`t look good, it won`t sale! When a small dog is not sold, it will be thrown away to whomever is willing to pay anything on it. The pet shop will aim to recover it`s initial investment. If you truly love animals and know there is a place where they sale dogs near you, just discourage your friends to buy a pet from that place. Rather look for an animal shelter where you can rescue a dog for free. There are dozens of dog rescue centers all over the UK, most of them you can find online. We are also a dog rescue center, however we don`t have a strong presence in the UK, just through our representatives in Scotland and the fosters. In the lower part of this section, you will find a search engine that will help you quickly identify the nearest dog rescue center. That`s why most small dogs for sale that under-perform some times end up in laboratories where they are subject to inhumane testing.
You can even find cross breed dogs for rescue. Helping such a soul is like giving them a second life, a change to start all over again and see that this world can offer more than pain and suffering. Choose to be an angel for a needy soul and rescue a dog, don`t buy one. When rescuing a dog, instead of buying one, you give life and hope there where these concepts are long forgotten. These dogs often come from bruised pasts of molestation, and even so, their affection for humans is tremendous. Is your dog just not getting the importance of not peeing on the couch?

Michael Hingson was on the 78th floor of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. His yellow Labrador guide dog "Roselle" was sleeping peacefully under his desk when the first plane hit the tower just fifteen floors above. Roselle led him through the disheveled office and to the stairwell to begin the long descent.

He was found on the street and brought to our shelter where he had to fight scab, Parvovirosis canina and distemper. He was a nutty and always hungry, kind of big for the tiny cage. His transformation was amazing when freed from the cage. Dixie is an indoor/outdoor dog that loves attention. Not very playful but would love open land to run on.
Unable to keep due to new job and living arrangement. Middle of a snow storm a few days ago. They actually called me while in route to see if I was ok. Called today to see how everything was going. I really was very impressed with this office.

Sadie was born sept 10th 2022, she has her first puppy shots. Keisha came to the shelter after her owner was on the verge of losing her home. Gabbona is a 2-3 year old playful mastiff mix.
These dogs and their handlers were brought in from all over the country to help at the New York and Washington, D.C. Many people are not aware that the handlers of these dogs are not always law enforcement employees, but volunteers using their own dogs. These volunteers incur all costs including mileage, equipment, plane tickets and dog expenses.
We spend countless hours rehabilitating our dogs to give them a better chance for a home. Molly and Dolly are two lovely sisters who resemble this breed although we are not familiar with their siblings, as they were abandoned at our gates. They are young, gentle and energetic, still waiting to go home.
Although they didn't feel anything, Michael estimated that the second plane had struck the other tower when they were somewhere around the 50th floor. "By the time we reached the bottom, it had become very hard to breathe," he said. "We were both very hot and tired. Roselle was panting and wanted to drink the water that was pooled on the floor."

He just wants all the attention and to be loved on. Jed is 1-2 year old mix about 12-15lbs.
